Intern Business Performance Analyst
Department: Business Performance
Duration : Up to 12 month
Location: Warsaw
Are you ready to kickstart your career in data analysis within one of the worlds leading hospitality groups As our Intern Business Performance Analyst at Accor youll have the chance to dive into realworld data learn from industry experts and make a tangible impact on our business strategiesall while developing valuable skills for your future career.
What will you do
Get handson experience with collecting cleaning and analyzing data using Excel and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
Contribute to creating dynamic reports that help visualize key performance metrics and trends.
Work closely with different teams to gather and consolidate business data.
Learn how to automate reports and enhance data visualization processes.
Take part in ad hoc analysis projects and support presentations to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Our ideal profile would be:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Data Analysis).
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Analytical mindset with a knack for problemsolving.
Great attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.
Eager to learn proactive and adaptable in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus (but not required).
Familiarity with Snowflake or SQL is a plus (but not required).
