Operations Manager Manufacturing
Location: Calgary AB
Our client an industry leader in advanced manufacturing is seeking an Operations Manager to lead their Calgary facility. This role offers the opportunity to drive LEAN initiatives process improvements and strategic growth while fostering a collaborative and highperformance team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure quality efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Champion LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and profitability.
- Drive strategic planning to support longterm growth and operational excellence.
- Develop and mentor a highperforming team across Production Engineering Materials and Planning.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and quality regulations.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- Proven expertise in LEAN manufacturing process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Strong strategic and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership coaching and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards (IPCA610 JSTD001) and quality systems is a plus.

10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or a related field. Proven expertise in LEAN manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement. Strong strategic and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Knowledge of industry standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) and quality systems is a plus.

Post-secondary education in business or a related field (certificate, diploma, or degree)
