Requirements
Strong understanding of Data Science, AI, and Analytics job roles. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Ability to analyze placement trends and industry requirements. Excellent communication and networking skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work with students and industry professionals effectively. Bachelor's or Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field. 3+ years of experience in placements, career services, or recruitment, preferably in an educational institute or tech sector.
