Providing staff support having a proactive approach with the ability to be handson.
A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and the confidence to liaise with services and managers at all levels are essential. With the ability to work as part of a small team and competent to work as an individual.
To ensure the centrally procured kit is administered effectively e.g. Mobile Phones mifi units laptops repairs postage and courier services.
Due to the location of the office a driving licence is essential.

Qualifications :
Experience of reception and office admin duties
Excellent organisational skills
Good at problemsolving
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to work on own initiative
Effective communication skills
Ability to prioritise duties
Willingness to learn
Additional Information :
Salary: 23575.00 to 26650.00 per annum (12743.24 to 14405.40 prorata)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Flexibility: Office based
