Position: Class Teacher & Year Team Leader
Grade: MPS UPS TLR2a
Salary:
Hours: Full time 32.5 hours per week)
Contract Type: Permanent & Temporary
Pension: 21.6 employers contribution
Start Date: September 2025

What Were Looking For:
We are eager to welcome a Year Team Leader to our team in September 2025. The ideal candidate will be:
- A passionate and experienced educator with at least two full years of teaching experience.
- Caring patient and selfmotivated with the ability to work on their own initiative.
- Dedicated to fostering a safe happy and inclusive school environment where academic excellence and positive behaviour thrive.
- Ambitious and eager to further develop their leadership skills by undertaking an NPQ Qualification in middle leadership.
- Ready to play a crucial role in the future development of the academy as it continues to grow and flourish.
