Marine Operations Executive
Industry: Fuel Distribution
Location: Jurong
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and oversee operations for 3 bunker barges and Penjuru Jetty.
- Manage repairs maintenance and documentation for barges and jetty.
- Monitor daily transactions and inventory control for bunker operations.
- Ensure safety compliance in jetty and truck bunkering operations.
- Supervise truck bunkering at shipyards ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare operational and safety reports.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in the marine sector.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Class 3 driving license (preferred).

Main Activities
Operation scheduling for 3 bunker barge and Penjuru Jetty
In charge for overall operation for the 3kiosk barge including repair and documentations
In charge for overall operation safety and documentation in Penjuru jetty
Check daily transaction and inventory control for 3 kiosk barges and Penjuru Jetty
Repair and Maintenance of equipments in Penjuru Jetty
Arrange and supervise truck bunkering operation in Shipyard and maintain safety precaution complies with the yard.
Prepare reports.
Qualifications / Experience
At least 1 year of experience in a similar industry (Marine Sector)
Team player selfdriven taking initiative enthusiastic
Good computer knowledge
Class 3 driving license (Preferably)
