Role Overview Our client is seeking a detailoriented and proactive IT Operator to maintain the reliability of internal IT systems and ensure efficient service desk operations. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with IT operations SaaS application management and automationdriven efficiency improvements. This role is crucial for maintaining IT stability and delivering seamless technical support within the organization.
This role is based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and requires collaboration with crossfunctional teams and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Operations:
Manage internal IT support operations oversee the service desk and provide onsite technical assistance.
Ensure timely resolution of IT issues while meeting internal service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain relationships with IT support vendors and external partners.
Efficiently manage ticketing systems CMDB inventories and device management systems.
Automation & Process Improvement:
Drive initiatives to enhance IT support efficiency through automation and process optimization.
Identify opportunities for automation to streamline workflows and improve service response times.
Assist in the governance and management of a portfolio of 10 SaaS applications.
Technology & System Management:
Support the management and administration of Google Workspace and other cloudbased collaboration tools.
Monitor and support CI/CD pipeline operations to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
Maintain compliance with ITIL processes and industry best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma degree or higher in IT or a related field.
02 years of experience in IT operations service desk management or IT support roles.
Experience with Google Workspace and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack GitHub ClickUp Google Identity Platform and Terraform.
Understanding of IT infrastructure cloudbased applications and automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications such as Google Workspace Certification.
Experience in managing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or within a team environment.
