Provide extensive care to customers and resolving their queries
Provide advice on the flights availability and packages
Expanding our network of loyal customers
Qualifications :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Have great command of French and English language
Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a can do attitude
It helps if you are hardworking flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality
Having previous experience in travel agency airline reservations or similar role will be considered as an advantage
Shift Coverage: Current shifts cover from 07:00 to 00:00 Monday to Friday. While weekend shifts are currently unlikely flexibility to accommodate potential future weekend work is required.
