Key Responsibilities:
- Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including service agreements supplier contracts and NDAs across the EMEA region.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on contract management risk mitigation and compliance matters.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales procurement and finance teams to support business operations.
- Manage disputes claims and contractrelated risks in coordination with external legal advisors when necessary.
- Develop and implement best practices for contract management and legal compliance across the organization.
- Conduct training sessions for teams on legal and contractual issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Law degree or relevant legal qualification with strong experience in contract management.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably within an international company.
- Strong understanding of contract law commercial law and regulatory requirements in the EMEA region.
- Experience in managing crossborder contracts and legal matters.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English fluency in German and French is a plus
