Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including service agreements supplier contracts and NDAs across the EMEA region.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on contract management risk mitigation and compliance matters.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales procurement and finance teams to support business operations.
  • Manage disputes claims and contractrelated risks in coordination with external legal advisors when necessary.
  • Develop and implement best practices for contract management and legal compliance across the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions for teams on legal and contractual issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Law degree or relevant legal qualification with strong experience in contract management.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably within an international company.
  • Strong understanding of contract law commercial law and regulatory requirements in the EMEA region.
  • Experience in managing crossborder contracts and legal matters.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English fluency in German and French is a plus
