Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the EMEA GTM team and support success in the region by ensuring we have the GTM Strategy to sustain high growth. This role will be focused on delivering key strategic insights and priority GTM projects that support the GTM.
You will work in concert with the COO & GTM Leaders to develop impactful GTM strategies. This individual should be able to dive deep into solving problems while maintaining a broad perspective.
We are looking for a candidate who is a highly structured strategic thinker problem solver and collaborative team player. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter who can thrive in highgrowth fastpaced environments working across many stakeholders seamlessly.

In this role you will be responsible for
- Analyse market trends competitive landscape regulatory developments and technologies to identify opportunities and product propositions (e.g. TAM identification propensity to buy) and shape GTM Strategy.
- Develop data visualizations and presentations that enable business insights; work with senior business stakeholders to problem solve and deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses.
- Develop and execute cross functional GTM programs and plans to address opportunities
- Analyse KPIs and track the success of GTM initiatives providing concise summaries and recommendations to management.
- Enable critical business decision making by working with crossfunctional stakeholders and crosspollinate learnings.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders foster collaboration and alignment tailoring approaches to their solution needs and opportunities
Qualifications :
We are looking for in this role...
- Experience in a strategic planning sales operations business development or related role in the SaaS or technology sector preferably with strategy consulting experience.
- Strong analytical skills and intellectually curious about data analysis trends and insight generation. Expertise in data visualization and reporting with ability to review and synthesize data and trends to focus the attention of the leadership team
- Selfstarter who thrives and can multitask in fastpaced and often ambiguous environments.
- Effective communicator able to convey complex ideas in a clear concise manner both verbally and in writing (for exec level review)
- Collaborative team player who also knows how to get things done.
