Job Description

Territory Sales Manager – Ireland (Wholesale & Key Accounts)

Salary: €46000 – €52000 OTE (Base €40K–€45K Bonus)
Car Allowance: €640/month Phone Allowance: €95/month
Bonus: Up to 25% (Individual Team & Company Targets)
Location: Dublinbased (FieldBased Travel Required)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing independent wholesale accounts negotiating trading agreements and driving sales.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers store owners and floor staff.
Developing joint business plans and presenting market data to support growth strategies.
Securing instore promotional activities optimizing product placement and attending trade shows.
Regularly visiting stores to assess performance gather insights and maximize opportunities.
Collaborating with UKbased teams and traveling for occasional meetings and events.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven wholesale & independent retail experience (DIY sector preferred).
Strong key account management skills (advantageous).
Commercial mindset & negotiation skills – You know how to grow a portfolio and drive profitability.
Excellent communication & relationshipbuilding skills – You can network at all levels.
Selfsufficient & proactive – You’ll be the sole representative in Ireland.
Full driver’s license & willingness to travel (including occasional UK visits).
