Job Description
We are looking for a Production Team Lead to join our team in Windsor Ontario!
What youre responsible for:
- Dealing with daily obstacles. Must be able to motivate employees and ensure compliance with the organizations objectives regulations and procedures
- Sorting processing and storage of various metals
- Coordinating organize and supervise their team in order to carry out the various daytoday activities of operations and to ensure that the schedule is followed
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and inventory and inputting data into site software such as Microsoft Suite and additional programs
- Monitoring facility cleanliness and orderliness
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- 3 years of experience in the recycling or manufacturing industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional programs
- Shipping and receiving experience is an asset
- You have strong communication skills can take initiative and lead a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
