Garde Manger Chef Responsibilities:
- Prepare cold dishes such as salads charcuterie and appetizers to high culinary standards.
- Ensure proper food presentation creating visually appealing platters and plates for service.
- Manage inventory by tracking supplies ordering ingredients and minimizing waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Garde Manger station and all related equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during meal periods.
Qualifications :
Garde Manger Chef Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a luxury environment.
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to stand for long periods.
- Excellent timemanagement skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
