We are seeking to hire a dedicated organized and efficient Regional Sales Manager Africa Freud to join our team in this role you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:
Strategic tasks
- Based on Freud WW strategy define regional implementation plan.
- Develop Freud channel strategies for Africa.
- Application user and competitor monitoring in Freud industrial market.
Operational Tasks:
- Profit & Loss responsibility for the region. Secure agreed sales targets customer and logistic service levels within agreed budget costs.
- Implement sales strategy. Expand partner network in the region and implement user conversion program together with existing partners.
- Implement marketing concepts in the region.
- Optimize sales & marketing process (e.g. pricing promotion listing).
- Align activities with Plant Supply Chain central Freud Marketing Sales & Project Office as well as Bosch Country Sales Organizations.
Qualifications :
Education:
- Engineering / business education preferably Master level.
- Fluent in English French and Arabic.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a sales position required. Preferably in RAF and with importer sales model.
- Broad background / crossfunctional experience in e.g. Marketing Logistics Controlling.
- Technical background or interest.
- No directreport leadership experience but interest to lead required.
- Experience in Freud market is a plus (woodworking manufacturing tooling or machine manufacturing...)
