ABOUT THE JOB
As the SAI Commercial Excellence Business Partner for WEU you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial and strategic objectives of SAI in the region. You will act as a bridge between the commercial finance and operational teams to optimize revenue generation enhance sales performance and enable sustainable business growth. This role demands a strategic mindset strong analytical capabilities and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Reporting and Insights
- Performance Management: Support the regional leader by tracking core KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Oversee forecasting accuracy pipeline health and account planning efforts.
- Client & Solution Penetration Tracking: Analyse trends identify growth opportunities and spotlight successes to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Account Segmentation Management: Support the sales team in targeting efforts through client segmentation by size and industry.
- Brand Health Tracker: Manage and enhance the process for managing existing tracker business; develop new tools for monitoring competitive win opportunities.
- Sales Enablement: Use insights from lapsed client tracking to inform accountbased marketing strategies and deepen penetration across key personas.
Revenue Generation Strategy
- Strategic Planning: Support the annual sales and regional planning process with insights to support revenue generation strategies aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
- New Opportunities: Identify untapped opportunities at the marketlevel by analysing successes that can be scaled from other markets.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze trends customer insights and competitive landscapes to inform strategic initiatives.
Revenue Management and Financial Collaboration
- Financial Oversight: Conduct revenue forecasts profitability assessments and risk management.
- Accountability Measures: Enhance focus on DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) unbilled revenues and accounts receivable.
- CommercialFinance Interface: Collaborate closely with the finance team to align on goals and resolve issues.
Project and Performance Management
- Sales Transformation Projects: Lead projects to support the SA&I sales transformation across the region.
- Sales Initiatives: Oversee initiatives such as competitions and product launches to enhance team motivation and engagement.
- Sales Processes: Deliver insights to the regional leader using tools such as white space analyses and Leading Performance Indicators to improve seller efficiency & effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in economics business or a related field.
- Experience: Demonstrated success in roles supporting revenuegenerating functions within a matrix organization.
- Analytical Ability: Strong financial acumen to drive insights and inform decisions.
- Sales Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
