Job Description
About your tasks:
Model map and optimize business processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Drive process transparency by documenting and displaying key workflows across different systems.
Train and guide stakeholders on evolving processes and best practices.
Identify improvements and continuously update workflows based on new developments.
Take ownership of testing and validating processes to ensure they function as intended.
Qualifications :
About you:
Degree in business informatics or economics (or equivalent experience).
Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) ERP systems and quality assurance.
Experience with ERPs and other business systems preferably AX or D365.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills you can influence and drive change.
Proactive and structured mindset you take ownership and thrive in dynamic environments.
Experience with Confluence and JIRA (Atlassian).
