- Lead & Develop a HighPerforming Team Manage a department of 300 employees including shift managers team leaders and operational staff fostering a culture of accountability efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Oversee Daily Operations Ensure smooth of picking processes meeting operational targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy speed and safety in a fastpaced warehouse environment.
- Drive Process Optimization Analyze workflows implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency reduce errors and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor & Achieve KPIs Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity order accuracy and efficiency proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing datadriven solutions.
- Stakeholder & CrossDepartment Collaboration Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring seamless coordination with other warehouse departments logistics and senior management.
Qualifications :
About you:
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a comparable field.
- You bring an entrepreneurial mindset to production and process optimization as well as implementing efficiency improvements and driving change.
- You possess strong leadership skills along with excellent team and communication abilities.
- You are wellversed in key performance indicators (KPIs) and can use them to efficiently manage your department.
- You have fluent English skills both written and spoken and preferably you also have good German skills.
