Job Description

As Senior New Business Development Manager youll report to the Head of Sales and grow their platforms market share in the Netherlands. Youll be a strategic partner for investment asset management and property companies.

Youll manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals leveraging your expertise to find new business opportunities test workflows and focus on team efforts quality and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives identifying upsell opportunities to drive business growth;
  • Act as a strategic partner for clients anticipating changes in opportunities and customer needs;
  • Oversee the full sales cycle including market research lead generation outreach and deal closing;
  • Improve sales processes and effectiveness with the Head of Sales;
  • Use data to create customerdriven sales strategies for maximum growth;
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Plan and execute commercial actions with timely followups.

Who are you

  • Bachelors or Masters degree;
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience ideally in B2B Sales SaaS or real estate/property investment;
  • Highly energetic passionate and resultoriented with a practical sales approach;
  • Strategic structured thinker with strong problemsolving and solutionoriented skills;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
