Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our retail company which has stores nationwide. We are currently recruiting for our Doral location. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service and demonstrate a friendly sociable and helpful attitude. The pay rate is between $16 to $18 per hour stable job.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information about products promotions and services.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns efficiently.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the store is clean organized and wellstocked.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus).
- Proven customer service experience.
- Work authorization in the U.S. (background check required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible punctual and dependable.
