Office Administration: Manage daytoday office activities ensure the workspace is clean and organized and handle interactions with external suppliers and the landlord for smooth operations.
Documentation Management: Process and verify invoices generate reports and create/distribute essential materials like event postcards and themed office decorations to support office activities.
Event and Logistics Organization: Assist in coordinating internal meetings arranging company events and managing logistics like weekly catering delivery and event planning.
Employee Support: Handle travel arrangements for employees including booking accommodations and transportation managing travel reimbursements and welcoming office guests.
Technical Assistance: Provide support for setting up and maintaining multimedia equipment in conference rooms and ensuring all office devices and supplies are available and functional.
Team Collaboration: Direct collaboration with Managing Director and office managers from other locations to discuss event schedules budgets plans and office development. As well work alongside HR and Finance teams to support daily operations and assist remote employees with administrative and logistical needs.
