We are seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to manage all aspects of transfer pricing documentation calculations operations and policy. This role reports to the International Tax Director and presents an exciting opportunity to shape transfer pricing at IFS at a pivotal time in our transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
- Transfer Pricing Documentation: Manage and maintain comprehensive transfer pricing documentation in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Transfer Pricing Calculations: Ensure accuracy and consistency in all transfer pricing calculations including sales and distribution margins intra group services profit split analyses and other relevant methodologies.
- Transfer Pricing Operations: Oversee the implementation and monitoring of transfer pricing policies and procedures. Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure alignment with business operations.
- Transfer Pricing Policy: Develop update and enforce transfer pricing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with the companys overall tax strategy. Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on transfer pricing matters.
- Audit Support: Assist in transfer pricing audits and inquiries from tax authorities. Prepare responses to information requests and defend transfer pricing positions.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate transfer pricing risks. Monitor changes in transfer pricing regulations and assess their impact on the company.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the companys global tax strategy. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize transfer pricing structures.
- Implementation: Work with our outsourced Big 4 adviser and implement a new offshore Centre of Excellence for transfer pricing documentation calculations and operations.
- Business Partnering: Partner with the business and support stakeholders with business change.
- Transfer Pricing Advice: Support the International Tax Director in tax planning structuring and M&A.
- People Management: Train and support team members in the Centre of Excellence in fulfilling their roles once they start.
Qualifications :
Essential:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Professional certifications (ideal ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) CPA (Certified Public Accountant) Certified Tax Advisor (Doradca Podatkowy) or ADIT (international tax)) with at least two years PQE.
- Established career in transfer pricing or corporate income tax working in or with large multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines and operational considerations
- Good knowledge of international tax laws.
- Must be a confident communicator business fluency in English and good interpersonal skills
- Good technology skills e.g. excel or ERP systems.
- Experience of managing delivering and coordinating projects or processes.
- Management or delegation experience.
Desirable:
- Practical experience of Transfer Pricing across policy operations and documentation in an in house role.
- Experience in a big 4 public accounting firm.
- Strong technology skills e.g. advanced Microsoft Excel or ERP systems.
- Experience of tax transformation or change management.
- Experience of transfer pricing software tools.
