Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a socially savvy individual who is in tune with the latest trends detailoriented creative and has a passion for building and nurturing online communities. You will be responsible for drafting and executing smart relevant outbound community engagement initiatives for our clients.
What You Will Do...
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Finding new social media trends
- Have fun with trending videos and engage in a way that is authentic to the brand and audience
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay uptodate with social media trends tools and best practices.
Qualifications :
What You Will Need..
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam
- Fluent in English and has excellent communication skills in both written and oral. Additional languages are a plus!
- A good working home environment with a stable internet connection
- Must have experience in Community Management
- Must be well versed with the US culture
- Any form of experience in Social Media and Customer Service (nonvoice) is a plus!
- The ability to work an 8hour shift on a rotating schedule and be flexible to work on weekends.
