Job Description

This is a remote position.

Are you ready to drive results and expand your sales expertise Join our clients team and leverage your experience in outbound sales strategies from email campaigns to LinkedIn outreach and cold calling. Bring your knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management to the table while utilizing competitive intelligence tools and market research. If you have experience in the outdoor adventure travel or tourism industry that s even better!

Sales Operations:

Develop and manage lead scoring models to qualify and assign leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
Analyze sales performance metrics and collaborate with sales leadership to optimize sales processes and methodologies.
Assist in creating accurate sales forecasts and track key metrics like conversion rates and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Generate and maintain sales reports and dashboards to monitor progress and trends.

Sales Tools Technology:
Manage and optimize the use of HubSpot and other sales tools.
Train sales teams on the effective use of sales technology and explore new tools to improve processes.

Outbound Operations:
Assist in the development and execution of targeted email campaigns and alternative outreach strategies (e.g. LinkedIn social media cold calling).
Monitor and improve the performance of email campaigns and call strategies through analysis and optimization.

Data Management Analysis:
Maintain and enhance customer data accuracy in HubSpot through cleansing and enrichment.
Analyze data to identify trends opportunities and inform business decisions.
Provide insights on sales trends seasonality and competitive intelligence to refine sales strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in sales operations revenue operations or a similar role preferably in a fastpaced growthoriented environment.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Handson experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms) and a strong understanding of sales automation tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data generate insights and make datadriven decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and familiarity with sales analytics platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and leadership.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and generating reports.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in outbound sales strategies including email campaigns LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting techniques and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and market research.
  • Experience in the outdoor adventure travel or tourism industry is a plus.
