We are an industryleading company specializing in fun innovative products ranging from giant inflatables to outdoor water and snow gear. Focused on directtoconsumer (D2C) ecommerce we are seeking a Digital Ad Buyer to drive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Job Summary
We are looking for a datadriven Digital Ad Buyer to create manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Google (Search Display YouTube) TikTok and other digital channels. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of performance marketing audience targeting and conversion rate optimization to maximize ROAS and drive sales for our brands.
Key Responsibilities
Plan execute and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta Google TikTok Pinterest and emerging ad networks.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives copy audiences and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data and create reports with key performance insights to drive decisionmaking.
Research audience segments trends and competitor strategies to refine targeting.
Work closely with the creative team to develop highperforming ad assets including static images videos and UGCstyle ads.
Manage budgets effectively to achieve KPI targets (ROAS CPA CVR CTR etc.).
Stay up to date on industry trends algorithm changes and new ad platform features.
Develop and execute retargeting and customer acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with ecommerce product and marketing teams to align campaigns with broader brand initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
2 years of experience in paid media buying preferably in a D2C ecommerce environment.
Proven track record of managing and scaling successful ad campaigns with a strong ROAS.
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager Google Ads TikTok Ads Pinterest Ads and familiarity with emerging platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics Triple Whale Northbeam or similar tracking tools.
Experience with audience segmentation pixel tracking and conversion rate optimization.
Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and creative performance analysis.
Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce best practices is a plus.
Ability to adapt quickly to platform changes and implement new strategies.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate findings and strategies clearly.
