About Us
We are a Canadian sales agency founded by two B2B SaaS sales professionals with over a decade of experience at companies like IBM Oracle Shopify and other highgrowth startups. Our consulting practice specializes in cold calling campaigns for businesses running 23 month projects to generate highquality leads.

Due to rapid growth we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced offshore Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us in making outbound calls and setting appointments.

Role Overview
As an SDR your primary responsibility will be making 300 outbound cold calls per day using our dialer (Orum). We will provide a script light training and all necessary tools. Every call will be recorded for quality assurance and improvement.

This role is ideal for someone with strong telemarketing skills who thrives in a fastpaced sales environment and is comfortable handling objections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 300 cold calls per day to potential leads
  • Follow the provided script while adapting to conversations naturally
  • Schedule appointments for our clients
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally
  • Work during 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST to maximize connection rates
Requirements
North American Accent Required – If you cannot speak with a neutral North American accent please do not apply. (Sample references below.)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in telemarketing with a strong focus on cold calling
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and navigate conversations effectively
Resilience: Comfortable with handling rejection and pushing past objections
TechSavvy: Familiarity with dialer systems and CRM tools is a plus
