HANGAR49 is looking for a skilled Cold Outreach Marketer to play a pivotal role in driving lead generation for our B2B operations. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and managing personalized outreach campaigns targeting decisionmakers and influencers within key industries. You will leverage modern tools and datadriven strategies to build relationships generate highquality leads and contribute to our sales pipeline growth.
B2B Lead Generation
Conduct research to identify target accounts decisionmakers and key contacts within ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
Build and maintain a database of prospects ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
Outreach Strategy & Campaign Management
Design and execute multichannel cold outreach campaigns (email LinkedIn etc.) tailored to specific industries and personas.
Craft personalized compelling messages that resonate with B2B audiences and address their pain points.
Develop and manage followup sequences to maximize engagement and response rates.
Collaboration & Alignment
Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and alignment of messaging with sales objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage insights content and resources for effective outreach.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as open rates response rates and conversions.
A/B test subject lines messaging and CTAs to continually optimize performance.
Provide detailed reports on outreach effectiveness and propose improvements.
Technology & Tools
Use B2B lead generation tools like Expandi Smartlead Happierleads and CRM platforms to streamline and scale outreach efforts.
Stay informed on new tools and trends in the cold outreach and lead generation space
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in cold outreach lead generation or a similar role specifically in a B2B environment.
Proven success in engaging seniorlevel decisionmakers (e.g. Clevel VP Directors).
Skills:
Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft personalized impactful messages.
Proficiency in using outreach platforms CRMs (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and analytics tools.
Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
Knowledge:
Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and buyers journey.
Familiarity with ICP development segmentation and personabased marketing.
Personal Attributes:
Resultsoriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills.
A proactive and creative thinker who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS or technologydriven industries.
