Job Description
- Responsible for RBSP (Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Penang) General Ledger which includes:
- Ensure Bosch Central Directive regulations and guidelines related to general ledger management is in compliance.
- Perform monthend closing tasks as 1st level escalation with VN shared service and ensure all related accruals are properly taken up.
- During month end close approve of all journal posting before posted by VN shared service
- Monthly reconciliation and analysis of sub ledgers and follow up on aged items.
- Monthly preparation and analysis of accrual and provision movement.
- Responsible for RBSP Fixed Assets which includes managing the processes and systems in fixed assets and ensuring proper compliance to the fixed assets policies in accordance with the accounting policies and guidelines.
- Support automation or digitalization initiatives as interface with technical departments.

Qualifications :
- University Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Good knowledge of SAP modules (especially FI) and FI/CO process and experience in Microsoft application (Excel Power Point MS Edge MS Teams etc).
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- High level of commitment & initiative selfmotivated flexibility creativity with enthusiasm for innovative topics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
