Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented marketing executive to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will focus on coordinating impactful corporate events and executing innovative marketing campaigns while supporting our social media presence. This role requires strong expertise in event planning campaign management and crossplatform content creation to enhance our brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage corporate events ensuring smooth execution and alignment with brand standards.
- Develop advertising promotional and sales support materials.
Create engaging crossplatform social media content to maintain our social media presence and increase traffic and engagement. - Execute effective campaigns that align with our branding and marketing objectives.
- Ensure successful campaign execution meeting all KPIs and deliverables.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to track performance and provide insights.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Education and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in communications marketing event management or a related field.
- High proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory with the ability to read and write in both languages.
- Proven experience in event coordination with a strong track record of planning and executing successful events.
- Social media management experience with a solid understanding of leveraging different platforms.
- Previous experience in direct sales or working with a direct selling company is a plus.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
- Highly motivated selfdriven and able to work independently.
- Agility in thinking and execution with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
