Job Description
Experience:
- 5 years in digital marketing with a proven track record in managing highimpact customer acquisition campaigns.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM platforms Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Handson experience with AI tools for content generation audience targeting or data analysis.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva Adobe Suite) and marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp HubSpot).
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills with a detailoriented problemsolving mindset.
- Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative crossfunctional environments.
Education:
- Degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
Portfolio:
- We require a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns (e.g. links PDFs or case studies) upon shorlisted.
Qualifications :
- Design implement and optimize multichannel campaigns (SEO/SEM social media email) to boost customer acquisition engagement and retention.
- Craft visually compelling onbrand marketing collateral (email templates banners ads) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite Canva or Figma.
- Develop tailored campaigns for diverse audiences using CRM insights (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze metrics (CTR conversion rates ROI) to refine campaigns and improve costperacquisition (CPA).
- Partner with design sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Leverage generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Jasper) for content ideation automation and predictive analytics.
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
