Job Description
A reputable MNC is looking to hire an Enterprise Network Specialist to be based at their Petaling Jaya office.
- You will be leading the design deployment and support of complex network solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert providing strategic guidance and mentorship to L1 and L2 engineers
- Facilitate knowledgesharing sessions support skill development and troubleshoot complex issues across diverse network domains
- Deliver onsite and remote support for critical incidents involving multidomain networks (Incident and Problem Resolution)
- Lead the deployment of intricate network solutions ensuring alignment with established project goals and deadlines
- Develop and update technical documentation
- Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning to verify that network solutions meet client specifications and operational requirements
Key Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP protocols network configuration and packet analysis tools
- Expertise in deploying and managing network infrastructure particularly with Cisco technologies and related components
- Minimum of 8 years of handson experience in complex network environments
