Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the strategy for the aftermarket spare parts business.
- Monitor industry trends opportunities and potential risks to inform business decisions.
- Provide strategic insights and regular reports on business performance to senior management.
- Assess customer needs and aftersales market dynamics to determine the right product offerings.
- Formulate and execute a procurement strategy for sourcing highquality competitive aftermarket parts.
- Expand and strengthen sales channels for aftermarket parts distribution.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all procurement and sales processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or Automotive Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of market trends major suppliers and key sales channels.
- Strong skills in sales negotiation and relationshipbuilding with customers and sales teams.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
