Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized techsavvy and communicative SaaS Client Account Project Manager to support our Client Account Management team by ensuring seamless project execution for our current book of clients. This role will be responsible for managing client projects coordinating resources and ensuring successful implementation of NEXGENs solutions. The ideal candidate is a technical detailoriented and clientfocused professional with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering results.
This fulltime inperson from our Sacramento CA office or remote from the US and reports to the Client Relations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the successful delivery of NEXGEN software projects collaborating with both internal and client teams.
- Plan configure and deliver the NEXGEN application tailored to clientspecific workflows.
- Maintain detailed project plans including timeline and budget communicate regularly with clients and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Evaluate and prepare client data for migration into the NEXGEN system.
- Test and validate system configurations to ensure performance and readiness for deployment.
- Lead enduser training sessions and provide ongoing support during the implementation and golive phases.
- Uphold professionalism in all client and team interactions.
- Be available for occasional travel (up to 10%) to support client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 14 years of experience in project management software implementation or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Strong understanding of SaaS client account management principles and key account management process.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Zoho Jira or similar platforms.
- Experience in understanding client needs and documenting workflows using Visio or similar
- Strong knowledge of relational databases.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with asset management or software implementation is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (i.e. Excel Word Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Possesses knowledge of municipal utilities and/or public works
- Background in project management and/or Client Account Management
- Experience with CMMS software
Compensation:
Salary range of $70000 $80000 per year based on experience.
