You will be #LIhybrid based in Hyderabad
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering and Operations Manager to lead an offshore team of senior Data Operations specialists and Data Engineers. You will ensure smooth operational workflows highquality data delivery and the development of scalable data engineering solutions. You will drive team growth operational excellence and innovation while bridging collaboration across global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor recruit onboard grow and evaluate full stack Sr. Data Engineer and DataOps and BI Engineer.
Collaborate with US team to ensure seamless support to our business
- Oversee the design and implementation of data pipelines ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Maintain data quality and optimize ETL processes for performance.
- Lead daily operations troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to data systems.
- Ensure operational processes meet SLAs for quality and timeliness.
- Act as the key offshore contact for onshore teams and leadership.
- Communicate progress and challenges effectively with stakeholders.
- Strategic Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the overall data strategy and roadmap for the department.
- Experience with BI tools like Alteryx Tableau
- Support all the data related request or issues during Hyderabad working hours
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in CS Data Engineering or related field.
- 11 years in data engineering or data operations including 3 years of leadership experience.
- Prior experience managing offshore teams.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in tools like SQL Python Spark and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) Jira etc.
- Knowledge of data governance and quality frameworks.
