Job Description

The Consumer Services Agent role is a crucial position within the Experian Credit Bureau responsible for being the first point of contact for consumer enquiries and supporting consumers across Australia and New Zealand via phone and email. As a Consumer Services Agent you will provide industry knowledge including legislative and regulatory insights while delivering exceptional service as the face of Experians brand.

If you have a background in the Customer Service Industry either facetoface or over the phone are interested in expanding your Customer Experience skill set build on your Relationships skills and are looking to get your foot in the door of a global company then this is the perfect role for you!

 

What youll need to bring to the role

  • Strong understanding of privacy legislation and industry regulations with the ability to educate consumers on these topics. (Desired but not essential)
  • Experience in performing various administrative tasks including processing consumer report requests amendments and liaising with thirdparty agencies.

Qualifications :

Work that matters What youll be doing Reporting to the Team Leader

 

  • You will manage Consumer Enquiries: Handle daytoday case and call management for consumer enquiries providing accurate information and solutions while working towards firsttime resolution and completing regulatory obligations effectively.
  • You will Educate Consumers: Educate consumers on relevant legislation Bureau updates and regulations ensuring they understand their credit reports and related processes.
  • You will Support Stakeholders: Provide support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will perform various administrative tasks including processing consumer report requests amendments liaising with thirdparty agencies and maintaining accurate records.
