Purpose
United Living Connected is seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintaining developing and implementing our Sitetracker management system and PowerBI for our Wireless Fixed Line and Power pillars within the business.
Specific Duties
- Manage and Maintain Systems: Oversee the daytoday operations of the Sitetracker management system and PowerBI ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- System Development: Develop and enhance the functionalities of Sitetracker and PowerBI to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of new features and updates for Sitetracker and PowerBI ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including PMO Operations and Project Management to ensure systems are aligned with business objectives.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on the use of Sitetracker and PowerBI ensuring they are fully equipped to utilise these tools effectively.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Sitetracker and PowerBI and develop reports and dashboards to support business decisionmaking.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues or bugs within the systems promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Qualifications :
Technical Skills
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining Sitetracker and PowerBI systems.
- Strong understanding of Wireless Fixed Line and Power industries.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with other business intelligence tools.

- This job is a fulltime permanent role 8am5pm Monday to Friday from our Lingley Mere Office with option of one day WFH per week.
