As a Trade & Customs Operations Apprentice you will work with the Global Customs and IT Teams to centralize information for effective decision making.
Your Key Responsibilities include :
- Customs Operations Support: Assist in the preparation submission and tracking of customs documentation for imports and exports.
- Data Analysis: Work on data collection validation and reporting to improve the efficiency of customs processes.
- Automation Projects: Collaborate on initiatives to automate workflows such as the integration of tools for data circulation and customs declarations.
- Compliance Monitoring: Help ensure adherence to global trade regulations and free trade agreements (FTAs).
- Problem Solving: Support the team in troubleshooting customsrelated issues and delays in supply chains.
- Documentation: Participate in maintaining uptodate records of trade activities standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For :
Education : Currently enrolled in a program in International Business Customs & Trade or Supply Chain Management.
Languages : French and English fluent.
IT : Microsoft Office Power BI and/or SAP a plus.
A first experience in Customs is a plus.
