• Define client requirements and organize issues to optimize customer experience for AIbased products/services
  
• Using design thinking and HCD (humancentered design) frameworks we designed the overall service concept and UX
  

• Leverage quick mockups and prototypes to drive improvements based on feedback from the field
  
• Work with members from different fields of expertise such as BixDev and engineers to manage and coordinate the progress of the entire project
  

• Presenting proposals and solutions to clients and designing and facilitating design workshops
  
• Actively involved in areas other than design (data analysis marketing etc.) to provide a wide range of solutions
