Job Description
Reason for Hiring
SoC products are key components for realizing the computerization and high functionality of automobiles as represented by CASE (Connected/Autonomous/Shared/Electric).
In Renesas RCar series is the automotive SoCs which have much bigger and much more functionalities than other Renesas product.
In addition to the need for higher speed and lower power consumption in the basic performance part than before it is necessary to integrate a wide range of technologies such as highspeed interface (DDR PCIe UCIe MIPI DP etc.) functional safety advanced security and implementation of largescale circuits in short TATs.
We are looking for a technical leader of the team that will design the DDR memory controller that is key components of these SoC products.
Cooperation with design team in India and Vietnam requires global mindset.
Role Responsibilities
As a technical leading of specification design and digital circuit design for DDR memory controller on automotive SoC (RCar series)
Making concept and target specification from requirements
Making ground design of bus/interconnect system for SoC chip
Making ground design of functional specification and verification strategy
Making ground design of DFT and testing strategy
Making ground design of characterization and evaluation strategy
Technical leading for logic design and verification team
Target IPs for Development

Knowledge of DDR memory
Knowledge of AXIBus
Japanese and English communication skill
