• Report to the Director of Digital Continuity & Manufacturing. As a member of the Japan Country Board you will be responsible for the Engineering Business Line and will focus on Functional & Business Consulting for ALM toolchain. You will also be part of a team of 100 members and will be responsible for the technical management of 510 members depending on the project size
  
• You will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our PTC Codebeamer environment to ensure optimal performance and alignment with our organizations needs. Work closely with multiple crossfunctional teams to drive adoption of requirements management test management and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices
  
• Design and implement PTC Codebeamer solutions that meet our organizations unique needs and industry standards
  
• Perform configuration and customization of PTC Codebeamer to optimize workflows improve efficiency and enhance user experience
  
• Develop and maintain integrations between PTC Codebeamer and other tools in our technology stack
  
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on best practices for using PTC Codebeamer
  
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure system stability and performance
  
• Perform regular system health checks and performance optimizations
  
• Manage user access roles and permissions within the PTC Codebeamer environment
  
• Create and maintain documentation of PTC Codebeamer processes configurations and customizations
  
• Provide training and guidance to team members on PTC Codebeamer usage and best practices
  
• Keep up to date on the latest features and updates of PTC Codebeamer and recommend and implement improvements as needed

• Proficient in administration configuration and customization of PTC Codebeamer
  
• Experience with PTC Codebeamers REST API and integration capabilities
  
• Proven understanding of requirements management and test management processes
  
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript Python or Groovy
  
• Experience with version control systems (Git SVN etc.) and CI/CD pipelines
  
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills stakeholder management experience
  
• PTC Codebeamer certification
  
• Experience implementing other ALM tools such as JIRA IBM Rational HP ALM
