Job Description
Job Title: Dispatcher – Entry Level
Location: Windsor ON
Hourly Rate: depending on experience
Overtime: after 44 hours
Shift: 10 AM 6 PM (after training)
- Training Schedule: 7 AM 3 PM

Responsibilities:
- Managing custom border orders
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers in the office
- Handling truck drivers’ timecards outgoing loads and shift coverage
- Entering customer calls and orders into the system
- Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues
- Monitoring and following up on emails as required
- Processing paperwork for customs brokers and adapting to workflow changes
- Proficient in computer use and navigation
- Excellent customer service skills both via email and phone
- Strong multitasking abilities with the capability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced highpressure setting
- Dispatching experience is an asset
- Keen attention to detail with strong data entry skills
