What Youll Do

As the Customer Service Representative youll be the goto person for helping customers find the right safety solutions for their needs. Whether its answering inquiries processing orders or solving challenges youll play a key role in making sure customers feel heard valued and supported every step of the way.

Heres a glimpse into your daytoday:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with a smile and a cando attitude.
  • Processing sales orders and invoices with precision.
  • Managing EDI uploads and customer product templates.
  • Using reporting tools to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Maintaining and updating online content for ecommerce platforms.
  • Keeping customer records up to date using CRM systems.
  • Staying on top of product availability benefits and pricing to answer questions like a pro.
  • Following up with customers to ensure theyre thrilled with their experience.
  • Supporting sales and marketing projects (because teamwork makes the dream work).
  • Building genuine relationships that leave a lasting impression.
