Housekeeper Manager
- Incorporate new staff ensuring they have received the correct training.
- Manage the schedules and tasks of the housekeeping team.
- Handle guest communication and address complaints.
- Manage the reception inventory/stock and ensure office supply materials are properly ordered.
- Ensure synergy in daily operations with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Guarantee customer service standards.
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facilities: coordinate with reception to verify that rooms are ready for guests ensuring cleaning services are properly conducted.
- Work together with the housekeeping staff to keep bathrooms kitchens floors desks fans offices carpets F&B areas etc. clean.
- Notify the Operations Manager of necessary supplies (inventory) for ordering.
- Keep the kitchen clean and fully stocked with necessary utensils.
- Assist with any daily purchases or other tasks to keep the hotel in order.
Requirements for the Role
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- More than 2 years of experience as a team leader.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping.
