Position Overview: Flxpoint is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Product Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Product Specialist you will play a key role in providing ongoing support to Flxpoints customers via email ticketing and prescheduled Zoom meetings. In addition you will lead new client onboarding projects lasting from 4 to 16 weeks. As part of providing support and leading onboarding projects you will work closely with a variety of internal teams to assist customers in issue resolution training and project planning and management.
Your Mission:
- Manage and ensure a successful transition from Sales to Onboarding to GoLive
- Lead 815 onboarding projects at a time
- Provide bestinclass customer support to Flxpoint users in an efficient human and natural manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote issue resolution product enhancement and improving the overall customer experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Information Technology or related field or relevant prior experience
- Excellent command of written English with the ability to translate technical concepts to userfriendly language
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak/write in a clear concise and engaging manner.
- Experience with SaaS/support tools and platforms such as Zendesk Hubspot Jira Notion and Slack
- Ability to lead implementation projects with key accounts demanding professionalism and project management
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and technologies is a plus.
- Selfmotivated and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
