As the ECom Business Controller you will take ownership of planning forecasting and following up on digital sales securing actions that maximize net sales omni profit and customer base value. Your analytical expertise will enable you to synthesize data and translate it into actionable insights collaborating effectively with diverse teams to drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Performance & Analysis: Review digital commercial performance identify opportunities and take actions connected to sales traffic and logistics.
- Planning & Forecasting: Develop set and follow up on digital sales plans and financial forecasts with the commercial team.
- Digital P&L Management: Drive and ensure actions that secure digital budget delivery full sales plan execution and P&L followup.
- Strategic Actions: Propose and implement commercial strategies and inseason adjustments based on sales and customer behavior analysis.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with Ecom Commercial Managers and teams to align on daily operations and strategic objectives.
- Optimization Initiatives: Support fullfunnel optimization and analyze performance data using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide analytical support to teams create tools for daily operations and encourage innovative problemsolving.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Economics Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 5 years in eCommerce or relevant controlling roles in digital business with expertise in analytics and financial reporting.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills capable of synthesizing information and translating insights into strategic actions.
- Proficient in Power BI Tableau Excel SQL and web analytics.
- Commercial salesmanship with strategic thinking to optimize digital sales and omni profit.
- Effective communication and informal leadership skills; able to drive collaboration and achieve results.
- Mindset: Proactive growthoriented and adaptable to change; a problemsolver who embraces innovation and continuous learning.
Additional Information :
This is a fulltime position and will be based in So Paulo Brazil and will reports to the ECom Commercial Manager for Brazil.
