Patient Demographics: Adults

Patient Volumes: 19

Admissions: Required

Rounding: Included

Case Mix: General hospitalist cases

FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR System: EPIC

Support Staff:

6 Physicians per day

4 NPPAs per day

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

Procedures: Bread and Butter Hospitalst procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Actice AR License

BC/BE

BLS ACLS

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide inpatient hospitalist care

Conduct daily rounds on assigned patients

Collaborate with NPs PAs and multidisciplinary teams

Manage admissions discharges and transitions of care

Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR

Ensure highquality evidencebased patient care
