Job Description
- First point of contact for business units and divisions
- Manages platforms and customer projects from innovation phase until end of production
- Interfaces between Business Unit (BU) and Material Field Purchasing
- In charge of change management for purchased parts and technical cost saving projects (RPP Ratio Project Planning) for strategic and operative topics
- Interface to division and material field purchasing for strategic and operative topics
- Responsible for BOM Costing during Acquisition phase
- Responsible for achievement of project goals (cost quality deadlines budget and capacity)
- Coordinates and drives Cost Reduction Projects (RPP) worldwide participates in RPP teams
Qualifications :
BE Mechanical or BE Electronics with 4 to 10 years of experience
Additional Information :
Technical Competency:
In Deep knowledge on neutral data sheets and understanding of MPNs
Technical know how on active & passive components
Basic technical knowhow on manufacturing process i.e. casting / plastic / electromechanical parts.
Basic knowledge on raw material used & relevant source
Knowhow on zero based costing.
Good knowledge on SAP & other IT tools.
Following Knowledge / experience/qualification will be an added advantage:
PowerBI RPA & Data Analytics qualification
PMP Certification
Scrum master experience
