Job Description
A leading landscape design construction and maintenance company is looking for an experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join their team. This is a fulltime permanent position (ABN holders also considered) with opportunities for career growth.

About the Role:
As a Garden Maintenance Team Leader you ll be responsible for overseeing and carrying out highend garden maintenance across Sydney s premier residential and commercial properties. Your role will involve:
- Leading a small team to deliver highquality garden care
- Scheduling and managing maintenance tasks efficiently
- Lawn care pruning hedging weeding pest/disease management and irrigation
- Client interaction ensuring customer satisfaction
- Training and mentoring junior staff
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- 23 years experience as a Maintenance Team Leader
- Strong plant knowledge and garden maintenance skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Physical fitness and a handson approach
- Horticulture qualifications are an advantage but not essential with proven experience
- Current NSW Driver s License required
