Role Title: Accounts and Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
Finance Related:
- Monthly processing of salary reimbursements and vendor payments.
- TDS & GST Prepare TDS and GST calculations ensure payments are done and save all challans on Dropbox.
- Maintaining and managing petty cash including cash withdrawals and deposits.
- Coordination with the accountant to ensure quarterly tax returns are filed.
- Prepare income or fee invoices and track receipt of payments.
- Enter all entries in Tally at the end of the month.
- Updating and maintaining the expense and income register.
- Perform bank reconciliations (Ensure bank balance as per tally and bank statements matches).
- Liaison for bank account opening locker operations and obtaining information from the bank.
- Work closely with the CS and ensure all compliance filings are done.
HR Related:
- Preparing offer increment experience and relieving letters.
- Assist in recruitment activities when required.
- Record leave taken by employees.
- Prepare salary computations and verify with investment proofs at the yearend.
- Ensure quarterly feedback and appraisal are done for all employees.
Office Administration Related:
- Maintaining and ordering office stationery.
- Ensuring office cleanliness.
- Handling travelrelated arrangements (flights hotel and visa applications).
- Ensuring timely resolution of ITrelated issues for the team.
Admin Support to Senior Management:
- Oneoff activities such as doctor and restaurant appointments etc.
Requirements:
- Female candidate only.
- Fluent in English.
- Must have scored above 60% in SSC HSC and B.Com.
