Job Description
Are you results driven creative flexible and highly organized Reporting to the Executive Producer of Live Events the Coordinating Integration Producer will oversee the daytoday development execution and fulfillment of events and sponsorship initiatives. The Coordinating Integration Producer will also be responsible for seamless coordination with the editorial team and its strategic crosscompany partners. The role will take the lead on planning site surveys logistics and delivering on commitments to partners.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Working with Executive Producer and Senior Producer to ensure successful planning and execution of live events
- Leading logistics planning for events including scouting locations budget planning liaising on contracts
- Owning production memos for each event
- Originating ideas and concepts for sponsorships leading coordination to ensure deliverables for sponsorships are being met
- Identifying best strategies to execute sponsored events ticketed events and virtual events
- Coordinating with rights and clearances for guidance on use of materials
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in live television
- Must have experience in location scouting contracts and budgeting largescale events
- Must have thorough knowledge of current events US politics

Additional Job Requirements:

- Please note: this position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
