Job Description
- Lead the game development team (game design art programming QA etc.) to continuously create engaging content for mobile and console platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on monetization and marketing to shape and implement the liveops roadmap.
- Analyze the game players competitors and performance to enhance player experience.
- Manage team organization workflows planning documentation and communication for timely delivery.
- Foster a team culture of responsibility collaboration respect engagement diversity and inclusion.
- Develop team competencies to tackle new challenges effectively.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams and game development projects including at least 1 year in a leadership role for a livegame project.
- Passion for games with strong industry knowledge and deep understanding of live games.
- Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodology for Agile project development with handson experience managing projects using Jira.
- Strong leadership analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Autonomous proactive and detailoriented with high standards of work.
- Highly adaptable with excellent multitasking skills in a fastchanging and challenging environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
